Mandira Wirk is looking for a
talented and experienced Senior Fashion Designer
to join our team immediately. The role requires someone with strong design sensibilities, excellent knowledge of trends, fabrics, and silhouettes, and the ability to create luxury womenswear and menswear collections that embody the brand's ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design seasonal collections in line with the brand's identity.
  • Research global fashion trends, fabrics, embroideries, and silhouettes.
  • Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
  • Coordinate with the production team for sampling, sourcing, and garment construction.
  • Oversee fittings, quality checks, and finishing of final garments.
  • Manage the design process from ideation to execution within deadlines.
  • Support shoots, campaigns, and fashion events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3–4 years of experience
    in luxury/womenswear design (menswear knowledge is a plus).
  • Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from NIFT / Pearl / reputed design institute.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroideries, and surface techniques.
  • Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.).
  • Strong aesthetic sense, detailing, and draping skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality collections.
