TGT Spanish

Role Description:

This is an on-site, full-time role located in New Delhi for a TGT Spanish at K.R. Mangalam World School, GK2. The responsibilities of the TGT Spanish teacher include planning, preparing, and delivering lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning of the Spanish language. Duties also include assigning and grading class work, homework, essays, and tests, maintaining accurate and complete records of students' progress and development, and participating in department meetings, school meetings, and parent-teacher meetings. The teacher will also be expected to enhance students' learning through interactive classroom activities, foster a positive learning environment, and encourage student participation.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Spanish language, both written and spoken
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Spanish at the middle or high school level
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skills in assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Spanish or related field
• Diploma/Certification is also preferred.
