Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stringer Operator located in Jaipur. The Stringer Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of stringing machines, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Key tasks include setting up and adjusting machinery, monitoring production quality, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any operational issues. The operator will work closely with the production team to ensure adherence to safety standards and production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating stringing machines and other production equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to monitor production quality
• Understanding of safety protocols and production standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machinery operation is beneficial
