Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kozhikode (Calicut). The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable real estate solutions. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, managing client relationships, and staying updated with market trends. The role requires effective communication with clients, preparation of sales reports, and collaboration with the team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and match them with suitable properties
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market in Kozhikode (Calicut) and surrounding areas
  • Self-motivated, proactive
  • Experience in real estate sales or brokerage is highly preferred, but not required
  • Availability to work on-site in Kozhikode (Calicut)
