Job Summary

The Implementation Officer will be responsible for creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces and delivering high-quality software solutions. This position requires at least 2+ yrs Implementation experience in healthcare. He /She should have experience with Knowledge of Software Implementation Life Cycle. Analyze the client requirement, Validate the product with the client requirement, Product demonstration, End-user training, Conduct User Acceptance Testing, Conduct parallel run, Awareness about Pre-go live activities, Go live activities i. Hand Holding during go live. We are looking for IT/EC/CE Graduate (BCA / B.E. / B. Tech /MCA / M.E. / Msc.IT) or similar background.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Implementation online or onsite.
  • User Training online or onsite.
  • Providing technical support to customers on-call or onsite.
  • Co-ordination with business analyst / software developers for any customization or issue resolving.
  • Co-ordination with account managers / sales team for any escalations.
  • Document the implementation process and create a knowledge bank of frequent issues/ challenges being faced during and after implementation.
  • Generate MIS Reports for clients and internal circulation.

Qualifications

● IT/EC/CE Graduate (BCA / B.E. / B.Tech /MCA / M.E. / Msc.IT) or similar certifications

● 2 - 5 years of Software Implementation experience

Skills:

● Knowledge of Software Implementation Life Cycle.

● Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

● Expert at stakeholder management.
