Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sitecore Data Analytics Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital analytics, data strategy, and Sitecore platform optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving actionable insights from Sitecore analytics, enhancing user experience, and supporting data-driven decision-making across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytics strategy and implementation across Sitecore-based digital experiences.
  • Set up and manage Sitecore Experience Analytics, Sitecore xDB, and Path Analyzer for user behavior tracking and analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, and design teams to define KPIs and conversion goals.
  • Design and build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Integrate Sitecore data with external analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or CRM systems.
  • Ensure proper data governance, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and tag management.
  • Use analytics to identify content performance trends, drop-offs, customer journeys, and personalization opportunities.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing strategies within Sitecore and analyze performance results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sitecore analytics tracking and data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on Sitecore CMS/DXP.
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) and Sitecore xConnect.
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and data layer design for digital analytics.
  • Experience with Sitecore analytics tools, including Experience Analytics and Experience Profile.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or Adobe Launch.
  • Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws, cookies, and consent management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sitecore certifications (e.g., Sitecore XP Developer, Sitecore Business Optimization Strategist).
  • Experience with CDP (Customer Data Platforms) and personalization engines.
  • Background in web development or digital marketing analytics.
  • Exposure to AI/ML in web personalization and behavioral analytics.
