Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Identify and approach potential clients (individuals, corporates, HNIs).
  • Conduct meetings to understand clients' investment needs and risk appetite.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Promote and sell mutual fund products (equity, debt, hybrid, etc.).

  • Achieve assigned sales targets (SIP registrations, AUM growth, etc.).
  • Upsell and cross-sell related financial products where applicable.

  • Market Research & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on mutual fund products, NAVs, performance, and market trends.

  • Understand and explain fund features, risk-return profiles, and benefits to clients.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market developments.

  • Client Servicing & Support

  • Provide after-sales service and support including account opening, transaction processing, and documentation.

  • Resolve client queries regarding investments, statements, redemptions, etc.

  • Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure complete KYC and compliance as per regulatory norms (SEBI, AMFI).

  • Maintain proper records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.

  • Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, compliance, customer service).
  • Attend regular training and review meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
