Job Title: Livestock Supervisor (LSS)

Location: Mumbai {MH}

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Livestock Supervision

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in caring for dogs, particularly in an NGO or shelter setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:

• Administer treatments including injections, IV fluids, and medications as directed by the veterinary doctor

• Monitor the vital signs of dogs and ensure their comfort and safety during recovery

• Surgical Support:

• Prepare animals and surgical areas for procedures

• Assist veterinary surgeons by managing surgical instruments and supplies during operations

• Post-Treatment Support:

• Instruct and guide kennel handlers on post-operative and treatment care such as wound cleaning, feeding routines, and medication administration schedules

• Facility Hygiene & Stock Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and sterility in surgical and treatment areas

• Ensure medical and surgical supplies are stocked, organized, and within expiry dates

• Shelter Dog Management:

• Oversee the daily health, feeding, and general well-being of all in-house shelter dogs

• Coordinate with the veterinary team for timely medical care
