  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians and operators, including training, assigning tasks, and ensuring good performance.
  • Schedule, oversee, and conduct both routine and preventive maintenance, as well as troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues and equipment failures.
  • Ensure all mechanical operations and equipment adhere to safety regulations, company standards, and environmental protection guidelines.
  • Monitor machinery and equipment performance, track quality standards, and conduct inspections to ensure proper installation, assembly, and functionality.
  • Maintain detailed records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and equipment history. Analyse data to assess reliability and prepare reports for management.
  • Interpret designs, drawings, and manuals to diagnose problems and provide technical advice on equipment-related matters.
  • Coordinate with other departments and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations, and assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
