
MEP Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a hospital environment, with a strong understanding of NABH standards and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the hospital.
- Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical panels, power distribution systems, plumbing, and medical gas pipelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance schedules, and repairs in compliance with NABH guidelines.
- Support facility readiness for NABH and other audits by ensuring all systems are well-maintained and documented.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and installations.
- Adhere to safety standards and hospital protocols at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital setup (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of NABH standards related to facility management and safety.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per hospital requirements.
