Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and bar teams.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.

Customer Service

  • Ensure a positive guest experience at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with regular customers and manage feedback effectively.

Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reports.
  • Control costs by monitoring labor, inventory, and waste.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation of daily sales.
  • Assist in setting pricing, promotions, and menu changes with management or owners.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Support promotional activities and events to increase restaurant visibility and sales.
  • Analyze customer trends and suggest improvements to attract and retain guests.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management,or diploma in Hotel Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
