Flight broker

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker located in GURGAON, India. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating with carriers, and coordinating shipments. Day-to-day tasks include arranging transportation, maintaining logistical records, managing communications with shippers and consignees, and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

Experience in client relationship management and negotiation skills

Proficiency in logistics coordination and shipment tracking

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of the transportation industry and market trends is a plus

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Prior experience in freight brokerage or logistics is beneficial

Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
