Responsibilities:
- Lead welding projects.
- Ensure proper implementation of welding procedures.
- Develop new welding processes (PQR/WPS) for GTAW, PAW.
- Conduct regular training for welders and shift supervisors.
- Manage welding consumables and procurement.
- Prepare technical reports and summaries.
- Conduct root cause analysis for repairs and maintenance investigations.
