Position: Receptionist cum Accounts
Location: Rohini Sector 9
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2–4 years preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Front office management: welcoming guests, handling calls, emails, and queries.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records (vouchers, bills, petty cash, etc.).
- Assist in preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Support basic Tally/ERP entries and GST-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the finance team for monthly reports and audits.
- Maintain vendor records and payment tracking.
- Handle courier, filing, and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge; experience with Tally or any ERP system is a plus.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic Excel formulas.
- Graduate in Commerce or a related field preferred.
- Detail-oriented and trustworthy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
