Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to work with our confidential client on a freelance/contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business applications using the Pega platform while adhering to best practices and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Pega applications.
  • Design, develop, and configure workflows, case management solutions, decisioning, and UI in Pega PRPC.
  • Ensure Pega applications are aligned with architectural guidelines, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.
  • Integrate Pega solutions with third-party systems via APIs, web services, or other integration methods.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver fixes within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC application design and development.
  • Pega CSA and/or CSSA certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of case management, BPM, workflow, and decisioning in Pega.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration methods.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced freelance/contract setup.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Pega Customer Service, Pega Marketing, or Pega Decisioning.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools.
  • Prior experience working with confidential/enterprise clients.
