We're Hiring: Infor Lawson Consultant (4+ Years of Experience)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite)

Shift: 6:00 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced
Infor Lawson Consultant
to join our team and take ownership of ERP implementations, configurations, and optimizations. If you have 4+ years of hands-on Lawson experience and thrive on solving complex business challenges, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead
    full-cycle implementations
    of Infor Lawson modules (GHR, Payroll, FSM, Talent Management).
  • Configure and customize Lawson solutions using
    LPL, IPA, and Infor tools
    .
  • Optimize system workflows, manage user access/security, and build IPA flows for automation.
  • Handle
    data migrations, integrations, and conversions
    while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Build insightful
    reports and dashboards
    using Birst, Crystal Reports, or Spreadsheet Designer.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and cross-functional stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience
    with Infor Lawson ERP (GHR, FSM, Payroll, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in
    LPL, IPA, SQL, and Infor BI (Birst)
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    system implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting
    .
  • Familiarity with API integrations and multi-tenant cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with
    Infor Cloud Suite Financials
    or WFM.
  • Industry exposure to
    healthcare, retail, or manufacturing
    .
  • Knowledge of compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, SOX).
  • Infor Lawson certifications.
