About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in SEO, SMM, SEM, Meta Ads, Influencer Marketing, and WordPress website management (Frontend & Backend).

You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, generating leads, and managing all digital marketing activities to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize SEO campaigns to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
  • Plan, create, and monitor Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Set up and manage Meta Ads / Paid Campaigns with ROI-focused strategies.
  • Execute and track SEM / Google Ads campaigns — keyword research, ad optimization, and analytics reporting.
  • Handle Influencer Marketing campaigns — identify, onboard, and manage influencers for brand promotions.
  • Manage WordPress websites — including content updates, theme customization, plugin management, and backend optimization.
  • Monitor performance through Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console.
  • Prepare periodic reports on performance, ROI, and growth insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong command over SEO, SMM, SEM, Meta Ads, and Influencer Marketing.
  • Proficiency in WordPress (Frontend and Backend).
  • Excellent understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Ads are an advantage.

Salary: 20,000-25,000 Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
