About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Customer Service team in Ghansoli. The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or ongoing issues.
  • Log all customer interactions and maintain call records in the system
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively within the defined timelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department for timely resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.
  • Maintain a high level of product/process knowledge to deliver accurate support.
  • Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.

Experience:

0-4 years of experience in inbound customer service or call center environment.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Shift & Working Days:

Rotational shifts (Day shifts for female employees).

6 days working with 1 rotational week off.

Salary Range:

20,000 25,000 per month (depending on experience and communication skills).

Location:

Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai (Near Station / within walking distance preferred)
