About the Role

We are seeking motivated
Product Owners
at both junior and manager levels to drive the development and success of our products. This role involves defining product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and customer needs. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a user-focused mindset, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Collaborate with development, design, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable features.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and customer feedback.
• Monitor product performance and gather insights to inform future iterations.
• Assist in planning sprints, releases, and ensuring timely delivery of product features.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product development.
• For manager-level: lead and mentor junior product owners, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Junior: 1–3 years experience in product management or related roles.
• Manager: 5+ years experience, with proven leadership in product strategy and delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• User-centric approach with experience in gathering and acting on customer feedback.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and leadership skills (for manager-level).
