Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales in Udaipur and nearby regions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in building materials or furniture industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through regular market visits.
  • Identify and meet potential clients including architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and retail customers.
  • Promote company products and provide accurate product information to clients.
  • Build strong business relationships to increase brand presence and sales volume.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor data to support sales strategies.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, meetings, and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and after-sales support.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate with 3 to 7 years of experience in field sales.
  • Prior experience in building materials, furniture, or related sectors is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Should be willing to travel extensively in Udaipur and surrounding areas.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
