Apigee (Primary Focus)

  • Administer and manage Apigee API Management platform (Apigee X).
  • Create, configure, and manage API proxies, products, developers, and apps.
  • Implement and maintain API security policies (OAuth, JWT, API Key validation, rate limiting, quotas).
  • Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations.
  • Collaborate with application development teams to design, deploy, and manage APIs.
  • Support automation of API deployments using CI/CD pipelines.

DevOps & Cloud Operations (Additional Skills, Nice to Have)

  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for application and API deployments (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or Deployment Manager for cloud resource provisioning.
  • Manage containerized applications on GKE / Cloud Run.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (Stackdriver / Cloud Operations, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Ensure security and compliance for GCP services (IAM, networking, service accounts).
