  • Ensure all medications are dispensed before their expiry dates.
  • Conduct regular stocktaking to identify near-expiry medications and coordinate returns to vendors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of drug purchases and sales.
  • Promote and increase the sale of over-the-counter (OTC) medications.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory, perform routine stock checks, and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Record all cash transactions accurately and address patient queries regarding medications.
  • Ensure full compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations, aiming for zero medication errors.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales and service quality.
