The role:

As a
Solution Engineer
, you'll be at the heart of Aerchain's delivery engine. You'll support the technical execution of Aerchain projects i.e. from configuring product workflows to validating data migrations and integrations. You'll collaborate with product consultants and engineering teams to ensure each go-live is robust, accurate, and scalable.

This is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates who are curious about enterprise SaaS, possess strong analytical and technical skills, and love solving real-world business problems through technology and process.

Requirements:

  • System configuration
  • Support setup of modules, forms, workflows, and reporting dashboards in Aerchain's platform.
  • Data management migration
  • Assist in data validation, mapping, and upload activities during implementation and go-live.
  • Integration enablement
  • Collaborate with technical leads to configure and test API-based integrations with ERP or finance systems.
  • Testing troubleshooting
  • Participate in SIT/UAT testing, log defects, and ensure smooth resolution and retesting.
  • Documentation templates
  • Maintain configuration logs, release notes, and reusable technical assets for scale.
  • Automation process optimization
  • Identify opportunities for tool-based or script-driven efficiency in recurring implementation tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Curiosity to learn SaaS platforms, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
  • Analytical and technical aptitude with an eye for structured problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with product and delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, data handling, or any scripting/query language (e.g., SQL, Python basics)

    : Exposure to ERP systems, data validation, or integration testing.
