Guest room cleaning and maintenance

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and other public areas.
  • Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
  • Change bed linens and replace used towels with clean ones.
  • Empty trash cans and replace garbage bags.
  • Check and clean windows.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management.

Restocking and amenities

  • Restock guest room supplies, such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and water.
  • Refill mini-bar items and update bills.
  • Ensure all necessary guest supplies are available in the room.

Guest services and communication

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Greet guests and provide customer service.
  • Report any lost and found items to the appropriate department.

Safety and procedures

  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene rules and hotel policies.
  • Adhere to established procedures for handling and disposing of linens and waste.
  • Ensure room cleanliness meets the hotel's standards.
