**Title:** UiPath Technical Architect

**Location:** Mumbai or PAN India

**Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize the product backlog, addressing platform constraints and managing demand intake effectively.

• Lead release and sprint planning sessions, demonstrating clear communication and stakeholder engagement during platform enhancement demonstrations.

• Ensure compliance with all platform and company SOPs, WIs, and IAPPs throughout project execution and change management processes.

• Shape the strategic vision for the UiPath platform and spearhead a team that delivers impactful solutions focused on driving business outcomes.

• Manage financial responsibilities tied to platform investments, ensuring sustainable and successful deployment of resources.

• Serve as the technical lead for the UiPath platform, coordinating with team members to address roadmap developments, feature security, and operational items.

• Oversee change management processes, maintaining adherence to team standards and ensuring best practices are followed during project execution.

• Utilize tools like Kanban and Scrum boards to manage and track project and support works effectively.

• Generate insightful metrics and reporting to support decision-making and performance assessment.

• Proactively manage service account tracking, change control processes, and ensure compliance with SOX audit requirements.

**Essential Knowledge and Experience:**

• Complete understanding of UiPath products, including production setup and functionalities of Studio and Orchestrator, along with management of UiPath version updates and user access.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in roles like Finance A2R and O2C, contributing significantly to the development of financial operations through automation.
• Hands-on experience with IXP, IDP, communications mining, and agentic AI solutions. A robust background in integrating automation services is preferred.
• Ability to manage license optimization effectively and ensure user access management, integrating with platforms such as Grafana and AppDynamics.
• Competence in tactical improvements such as automation efficiencies, machine utilization, and robot performance tracking.
• Familiarity with version control and project management tools, including Jira, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps.
• Certifications such as UiPath Business Analyst, Generative AI Fundamentals, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Insights are mandatory for this role.
