Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation and Submission of RA/Final Bills:

o Prepare and certify RA bills as per the approved BOQ and specifications.

o Submit client RA/final bills and ensure timely approvals.

  1. Quantity Estimation and BOQ Review:

o Study the BOQ and extract quantities from drawings.

o Identify and prepare billing for extra items not covered in the original BOQ.

  1. Material Reconciliation:

o Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for materials like Plumbing material, cement, and other supplies.

o Verify theoretical consumption of free-issue materials and ensure recovery for excess consumption or wastage.

  1. Bill Verification and Record Maintenance:

o Verify the accuracy of certified RA bills.

o Enter all bills accurately into the system without errors.

  1. Site Visits and Physical Verification:

o Conduct random site visits for physical verification of billed quantities and work progress.

  1. Coordination and Communication:

o Coordinate with site engineers to address amendments in work orders.

o Communicate with clients to secure approvals and resolve billing issues.

  1. Payment Certification:

o Prepare payment certificates for approval.

o Forward authorized bills to the accounts department for processing.

  1. Documentation and Compliance:

o Provide timely updates and reports as specified by the site in-charge or reporting authority.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in billing roles within construction or plumbing contracting firms.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Tally, Busy Software).
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, contracts, and BOQs.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
