Job Summary:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with a flair for technology to join our ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying EXPAND smERP for clients, offering end-to-end financial process integration, and ensuring seamless ERP adoption. This role involves working closely with clients to understand business requirements, map finance processes, and guide successful system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and map client financial and accounting workflows to system modules.
  • Lead project discussions with clients, identifying key pain points and proposing ERP solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to financial and accounting modules.
  • Prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and workflow diagrams to document scope and responsibilities.
  • Assist in data migration, including ledger entries, opening balances, and trial balances.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and progress sheets.
  • Perform quality testing of accounting modules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct user training for client finance teams and assist during go-live.
  • Provide post-implementation support for issues related to accounts, tax, and financial reporting.
  • Manage change requests related to finance or compliance requirements.
  • Handover finalized projects to support teams with proper documentation.
  • Lead or participate in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial systems
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of accounting/ERP software is a plus (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, smERP)
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel to client locations (if applicable)
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (developers, support, client users)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
