Making an impact. What will you do?

You will design multi-agent architectures that support planning, tool use, memory, and human-in-the-loop controls - implementing robust, stateful workflows that drive business value

By orchestrating agents end-to-end across knowledge retrieval (RAG), structured tool calls, and workflow automation, you ensure resilience, retries, and auditability

You are responsible for developing, maintaining, and benchmarking the Agentic AI Playbook for the organization, ensuring best practices, design patterns, benchmarking, and enablement are actionable, up-to-date, and widely adopted

Furthermore, you will engineer interoperability using open patterns for agent-to-agent and MCP coordination, enabling shared context and state without locking into any single vendor stack

Instrument tracing, monitoring cost and latency, and conducting automated evaluations to ensure observability and quality is also part of your profile

You will drive continuous improvements based on telemetry and real-world runs.

In close collaboration with Risk, Legal, and IT, you will establish a consistent governance framework that ensures transparency, oversight, and promotes AI literacy

In addition, you will implement solutions aligned with security-by-design and human-in-the-loop principles

You will document patterns and reference blueprints; support mentoring of engineers and product teams to scale adoption across domains

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

You hold a bachelor´s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent fields, a master´s degree is a plus

You bring a proven experience building production AI agents (single or multi-agent) with planning, tool use, memory, and delegation

You demonstrate experience in software engineering with Python and/or TypeScript

You have hands-on experience orchestrating graphs/state machines for agents and implementing durable execution patterns

Proficiency in LLMOps/AgentOps enables you to trace, evaluate, prompt/version control, and overview cost/performance tuning using modern observability tools

Furthermore, you demonstrate an understanding of AI governance basics (e.g., transparency, oversight, literacy obligations) relevant to current regulations

Collaborative work in a distributed team environment and independent working methods are part of your skills

Strong business orientation and focus on value delivery complete your profile
