Days: Monday to Friday

Time: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Role Overview - Customer Support Executive

  • Contact insurance payers to resolve claims (denials/non-denials) using PMS and internal systems.
  • Escalate issues, trends, and process improvements to supervisors.
  • Maintain documentation: SOPs, trackers, issue logs, and trend reports.
  • Participate in training sessions to build expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Investigate and resolve complex patient account issues.
  • Identify accounts that can be resolved without calling and coordinate with analysts.
  • Apply logical thinking to ensure accurate and efficient account resolution.
  • Lead special projects and escalate complex payer issues when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of voice/ semi voice process experience
  • Graduates or Undergraduates are welcome
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable to work in US shift
