Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our marketplace operations across Flipkart and Amazon. This role involves managing product listings, optimizing content, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.
  • Ensure listings are SEO-optimized for better visibility and search ranking.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts or overselling.
  • Track order fulfillment and resolve any issues related to cancellations, returns, or delays.
  • Assist in setting competitive pricing and managing promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement platform-specific deals and discounts.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and platform metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for internal review.
  • Ensure all listings comply with Flipkart and Amazon guidelines.
  • Stay updated on platform policies and implement necessary changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Flipkart and Amazon.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
