  • Tender Management:
  • Identify and track relevant tenders on GeM, e-Procurement, Railway, and MahaTender portals.
  • Oversee bid preparation, documentation, pricing, and submission as per tender requirements.
  • Ensure technical and financial bids are accurate, complete, and submitted before deadlines.
  • Business Development:
  • Develop strategies to expand business through government tenders and empanelments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key officials, departments, and procurement authorities.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and vendor registrations.
  • Contract Execution & Operations:
  • Oversee execution of awarded projects, including manpower deployment, logistics, and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, service quality, and performance standards.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitability.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, GST, Labour Laws, etc.) are maintained.
  • Manage all post-award documentation, performance reports, and renewals.
  • Maintain records of tender submissions, LOAs, and payment follow-ups.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead tender, operations, and accounts teams to ensure coordinated and efficient project delivery.
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to achieve organizational targets.
