Role Objective

To ensure smooth coordination and execution of customer site visits, enhancing the overall customer experience and supporting the sales team in converting leads into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective customers in consultation with the sales team.
  • Greet and assist customers during site visits, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Provide project information, brochures, and other marketing materials to visiting customers.
  • Liaise with the facility/operations team to ensure the site is well-maintained and presentable before each visit.
  • Maintain accurate records of site visits (customer details, feedback, visit outcomes).
  • Track and report site visit metrics to the sales manager regularly.
  • Handle follow-up communication with customers after visits, if required.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to site visits (vehicle coordination, visitor passes, refreshments, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Any graduate (preferably with a background in business administration or marketing).
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in customer service, front office, or sales coordination roles (preferably in real estate or hospitality).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Pleasing personality and customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
