Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD based on engineering or architectural requirements.
  • Prepare layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings for construction or manufacturing projects.
  • Revise drawings as per feedback, design changes, and client instructions.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, codes, and specifications.
  • Maintain an organized library of drawing files and documents.
  • Review and verify dimensions, materials, and technical details.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to resolve design issues.
  • Convert hand sketches, verbal instructions, and conceptual drawings into final CAD documents.
  • Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material lists (if required).
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, scales, and symbols.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, ANSI, BS, etc.).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Additional software knowledge (optional but preferred):
  • Revit
  • SketchUp
  • SolidWorks
  • Navisworks
  • Civil 3D or Mechanical CAD
  • Lumion,Enscape,D5,V-Ray
