Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a T24 Technical Consultant located in Chennai. The T24 Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, performing troubleshooting, and offering consulting services. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical issues, assisting with system integration, collaborating with sales teams for technical insights, and ensuring seamless operations within the T24 environment.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Analytical Skills to effectively address complex challenges
  • Experience in Consulting to provide insightful solutions and guidance
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to maintain seamless operations
  • Ability to work with Sales teams to offer technical insights and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
