Role Overview:We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to manage Toycra's online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, create, and execute engaging content that reflects Toycra's voice, connects with parents, and drives brand awareness and engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute a strong content calendar across social media channels.
- Conceptualize, script, and shoot creative content — reels, posts, and stories.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions, product descriptions, and ad copies.
- Manage social media accounts — posting, responding, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for visual and campaign alignment.
- Track analytics, monitor trends, and optimize content for reach and engagement.
- Assist in influencer collaborations, campaign planning, and event promotions.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, parenting communities, and toy industry insights.
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management (preferably with kids', lifestyle, or D2C brands).
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Reels creation, Canva/Adobe tools, and basic photo-video editing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about kids' learning and play.
