Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Content & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing content-driven campaigns, collaborating with influencers, and building brand visibility across digital platforms. You'll play a key role in increasing engagement, lead generation, and brand trust in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution

Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing goals.

Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content for blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, and brochures.

Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and writers to maintain consistent brand messaging.

Optimize content for SEO and lead generation.

Influencer Marketing

Identify, engage, and manage relationships with real estate influencers, interior designers, lifestyle creators, and local content creators.

Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and performance.

Launch influencer-led campaigns for project launches, site visits, testimonials, and virtual walkthroughs.

Monitor influencer content for brand alignment and compliance.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

Collaborate on paid campaign strategy using influencer content and organic social content.

Use insights and analytics tools to track performance and ROI of content and influencer campaigns.

A/B test content formats, posting times, and platforms to optimize engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in content creation or influencer marketing (real estate or luxury brand experience preferred).

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and influencer platforms (e.g., Winkl, Upfluence).

Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing challenges.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of real estate trends and buyer behavior.

Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.

Experience working with property listing platforms and real estate CRMs.
