Job Overview

The Senior Visa Counselor position at Pratham International Study Abroad is a full-time role based in Vadodara. This role involves assisting students in the visa application process, ensuring compliance with all requirements, and providing expert advice to increase the chances of successful applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer relationship management, visa counseling, and sales communications.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in customer relationship management, crucial for maintaining and expanding a satisfied client base (Mandatory skill).
  • Extensive experience in visa counseling to efficiently navigate students through visa applications (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong sales and communication skills for persuading and effectively conveying information to clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate processes and requirements clearly to students and their families.
  • Proven convincing skills to handle varied student concerns and provide tailored solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of admission and visa documentation, ensuring applications meet all criteria and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in managing diverse tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly and efficiently during the visa application process.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guide students through the visa application process, providing expert advice to enhance the success of applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy requirements and processes for various countries, especially Canada.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and collaborate with educational institutions and visa authorities.
  • Review and ensure completeness of visa application forms and authentication of all documentation submitted.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing student queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other team members to conduct workshops and seminars on study abroad opportunities and visa procedures.
  • Monitor and improve the visa counseling procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Track application processes and offer strategic advice and feedback for improvement.
