Job Title: Okta CIC (Auth0) Specialist

Location: Pan India

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Okta Customer Identity Cloud (CIC), formerly known as Auth0, Specialist to design and manage secure, scalable customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions. This role will lead the implementation and integration of Okta CIC within our systems, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong security controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Okta CIC (Auth0) for secure customer identity solutions.

• Integrate Okta CIC with internal and external applications, supporting both web and mobile environments.

• Lead CIAM initiatives focused on secure user authentication, authorization, and identity federation.

• Configure and maintain protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.

• Troubleshoot and resolve identity management issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align identity solutions with compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA). Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CIAM, with a focus on Okta CIC/Auth0.

• Strong knowledge of OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and identity management best practices.

• Experience integrating Okta CIC with multi-platform applications using APIs and SDKs.

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python). Preferred Qualifications

• Okta Certified Professional or similar certification.

• Experience with DevSecOps practices for secure CIAM deployment.
