1. Front Desk & Reception Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students courteously.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a visitor log and ensure proper coordination with staff for scheduled meetings.
  • Oversee the reception area to ensure it is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.

2. Admission Counselling

  • Attend to admission-related enquiries (in person, over the phone, and online).
  • Provide detailed information about the school's curriculum, facilities, admission process, and fee structure.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospective parents to ensure enquiry conversion.
  • Schedule and coordinate student interaction sessions, entrance tests, and parent meetings.
  • Regularly maintain and update the admission database and enquiry register.

3. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Manage and securely file admission forms, student records, and supporting documents.
  • Update admission data and prepare periodic reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department for fee payments, receipts, and related documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling all student and parent information.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise effectively with the Principal, teachers, and administrative departments regarding new admissions.
  • Assist in organizing and executing admission drives, orientation programs, and open house sessions.
  • Handle official correspondence, circulars, and communication as directed by the Principal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
