Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain contact center solutions using Amazon Connect including contact flows IVR systems and integrationsCollaborate with architects tech leads and business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutionsImplement AWS services such as Lambda Lex Polly S3 DynamoDB and CloudWatch to support contact center functionalityIntegrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and third party APIsOptimize performance reliability and cost efficiency of contact center componentsParticipate in code reviews testing and deployment activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.Document technical designs, configurations, and best practices.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field4 Plus years of experience in software development or cloud engineering1 Plus years of hands on experience with Amazon Connect and related AWS servicesStrong understanding of contact center technologies such as IVR CTI and call routingProficiency in programming languages like Python, , or Java.Experience with RESTful APIs and serverless architecture.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and their integration with Amazon Connect.Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Exposure to AI/ML services for enhancing customer interactions..
