Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or analytics with a focus on global or regional spend management.
- Strong data analytics and Excel skills; ability to manipulate, interpret, and present complex data clearly.
- Experience with ERP/P2P systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Coupa) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience collaborating across geographies.
- Proven ability to independently manage workload, prioritize tasks, and deliver on tight timelines.
Preferred:
- Project management skills and familiarity with methodologies such as Six Sigma, PMI, Agile, or similar.
- Experience with automation or AI tools (e.g., RPA, Alteryx) to streamline reporting or analysis.
- Prior involvement in benchmarking, supplier performance evaluation, or procurement transformation initiatives.
