Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled JavaJ2EE Developer with experience in Liferay and SQL to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining enterprise level applications

Responsibilities

  • Develop Unit test and maintain web applications using Java J2EE and Liferay
  • Implement application with database solutions using SQL
  • Developing rest API using a gateway like WS02Kongetc
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and ship new features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
  • Proficiency in Liferay portal development
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
  • Experience with Spring Framework Hibernate and RESTful web services
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML CSS and JavaScript
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Certification in Java or related technologies
  • Java, Springboot are a must (good proficiency)
  • LifeRay understanding is a good to have (fair understanding needed)
  • Database & writing queries - understanding is a good to have (fair understanding needed)
