About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Website Developer who can handle everything from setting up WordPress sites to customizing themes, writing clean PHP code, and implementing SEO-friendly structures.

If you understand both the technical and marketing sides of web development, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, and Elementor-based setups).
  • Write and modify PHP, HTML, CSS, and JS code when needed.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
  • Manage domain, hosting, SSL, and backup configurations.
  • Fix bugs, troubleshoot plugin conflicts, and improve overall UX/UI.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver conversion-focused websites.
  • Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, schema, sitemap, internal linking, etc.).

Required Skills

  • Strong command of WordPress (core, themes, and plugin customization).
  • Basic to intermediate PHP knowledge (must know how to debug and modify code).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (title tags, site structure, redirects, etc.).
  • Experience with Elementor.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, RankMath, or Yoast SEO.
  • Understanding of website security, caching, and optimization plugins.

Bonus (Not Mandatory but Preferred)

  • Experience with WooCommerce or Shopify.

Compensation
