Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and client outreach to deal closure and post-sale support. This includes making outbound calls, maintaining client relationships, and efficiently using CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and report performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals.
- Maintain and update client data, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads promptly and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts using CRM insights and analytics.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and support to maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software .
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
