The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and client outreach to deal closure and post-sale support. This includes making outbound calls, maintaining client relationships, and efficiently using CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and report performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Maintain and update client data, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts using CRM insights and analytics.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and support to maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software .
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
