Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and assist showroom visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain the reception area, showroom display, and ensure it is always clean and welcoming.
  • Manage walk-in client registrations and maintain a visitor logbook.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, stationery management, etc.
  • Assist with data entry, preparing reports, and updating records.
  • Coordinate courier and delivery services.
  • Maintain staff attendance and leave records in coordination with HR.

Showroom Coordination:

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, pantry, and facility vendors to ensure showroom upkeep.
  • Monitor stock levels of brochures, product samples, and customer takeaway kits.
  • Ensure that customer queries or concerns are logged and forwarded to the concerned department for timely resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
