Role Description

This is an on-site contract position based in Bhilai for a Business Development Partner. The responsibility includes identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients and partners, providing training to ensure the successful adoption of Bhojan Mitra, and managing business development initiatives to expand market penetration. The role requires collaboration with teams, project management, and driving sales strategies to support company growth.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Leadership Development and Training to effectively guide and support client teams.
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Consulting to handle end-to-end implementation processes and client needs.
  • Strong Sales skills, including strategic business development, customer engagement, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management abilities.
  • Experience in technology and/or the food service/restaurant industry is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently on-site.
