Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business Solution Leads/Business Process Leads to identify business needs and apply Business Analysis principles to elicit, understand, and document requirements.
  • Interpret user requirements into feasible options and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Configure SAP Vistex leveraging industry best practices.
  • Document process flows, integration points, forms, and workflow requirements impacting the scope of responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize requirements.
  • Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, and create functional design specifications including workflow, validation, and logic requirements. Ensure all designs can be traced back to requirements.
  • Analyze business challenges and objectives to develop as-is/to-be processes.
  • Work closely with process leads, vendors, and solution integrators to clarify vision, scope, and capabilities.
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements.
  • Assist in researching alternatives and performing cost/benefit analyses.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to secure commitments and maintain accountability.
  • Assist in creating and assessing the impact of deployment and cutover plans.
  • Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced project implementation environment.

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience with SAP Vistex configuration and processes.
  • Knowledge of chargeback, rebate, and incentive processes is preferred.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
