Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Chennai. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote business services and ensure continued growth.

Daily responsibilities include managing campaigns, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance metrics. The role will also involve maintaining brand guidelines, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Social Media Campaigns
  • Skills in Team Leadership, Collaboration, and Vendor Management
  • Proven track record with Budget Management, Campaign Optimization, and ROI analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in marketing are a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of the consulting, training, or certification industry is beneficial
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and other marketing software is an advantage
