Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp).
  • Explain hair, skin & wellness treatments (HT, PRP, GFC, medication, etc.).
  • Convert leads into consultations & sales.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow.
  • Ensure excellent patient experience and service satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any stream; science/healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent communication & convincing skills.
  • Customer-focused, target-driven, and well-presented.
  • Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
