Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automating enterprise workflows, particularly within SAP or Oracle environments, using Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across SAP and Oracle systems.
  • Build and maintain custom copilots that integrate with enterprise applications and data sources.
  • Develop conversational flows, plugins, and connectors to streamline business processes.
  • Monitor and optimize performance of deployed copilots for scalability and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on Copilot Studio capabilities.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft's roadmap and best practices for generative AI and automation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and/or Oracle business processes.
  • Experience in building automation workflows and integrating APIs.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience automating tasks within SAP or Oracle using Copilot Studio.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure.
  • Experience with AI-driven conversational design and natural language processing.
